Terms and Conditions

Kreative Dezign reserves the right to terminate any accounts, at any time, as deemed by Kreative Dezign staff,
where the user has made inappropriate or unreasonable use of any of the Kreative Dezign Services. Kreative Dezign
is not responsible for any interruption or loss of service or data, and accepts no liability for any loss of services, data,
sales or any other form of loss.

We reserve the right to refuse to serve the materials of any existing user making inappropriate or unreasonable use
of Kreative Dezign services or an applicant whose planned web presence activities are deemed to have the potential
of creating negative impact on Kreative Dezign abilities to serve its customers.

Inappropriate or unreasonable includes providing copyrighted, materials without authorization, providing obscene or
offensive, materials (e.g. pornographic materials), providing materials, whose nature and/or volume compromises
the ability of Kreative Dezign servers to serve other users' web presence (instances including but not limited to
unreasonable consumption of disk space, Internet link bandwidth, CPU, and memory usage, as determined by the
Kreative Dezign staff), materials that violate the commonly accepted etiquette of the Internet or providing materials
that are deemed by the government authorities as inappropriate or illegal.

Any such government determinations will be binding on the user, not Kreative Dezign. The customer will fully
indemnify Kreative Dezign against liability (of any nature), which may befall Kreative Dezign as a result of the
customers legal of illegal use of the services. Kreative Dezign does not provide refunds.

The customer will only be allowed one login, unless specified otherwise. Any accounts that cause Kreative Dezign
servers to be attacked in any way will be terminated without a refund. Spamming or any type of UCE (Unsolicited
commercial e-mail), is strictly prohibited, and your account may or will be closed immediately if you are found to be
doing so.

Any finished design work/ layout for websites and hard copy is the property of Kreative Dezign unless purchased
separately by the client. Start up cost which includes labor hours only are paid for up front by the client which does
not include full rights to any design/layout achieved by Kreative Dezign.

Kreative Dezign reserves the right to alter these terms of conditions at anytime and without notice.

Payment Terms

Servers / Hosting: Payment for such services must be made in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. If payment is
not received in a timely manner, services may be relinquished by Kreative Dezigns discretion. Site
Design/Production: Before work commences on the site a payment of 50% of development cost must be made with
the final payment due on site publication.

If the production of the site is delayed more than 2 weeks after its agreed completion date due to the failure to
supply images, information or any other required information a further payment of 40% will be made by the client.
Required Software: Payment for all software must be made before commencement of services it is required for.
Payment for other services e.g. marketing must be made within 30 days of submission of invoice.

Cancellation Terms

Once a project has been invoiced and deposit is received there will be a $250 cancellation
fee if the project is cancelled.
