If
you are new to this and have never had a website
built for you or your company, we know how
overwhelming it can be. We promise to do
all that we can to make the process as easy and
stress free as it can be for you.
Once you decide you are need of a website and
you give Kreative Dezign a call 978-665-9995 we
will start our initial consultation with you.
We will ask you some questions and listen to
your answers to understand what you are looking
to achieve with your website. Whether it
is a brand new website or a makeover to an
existing website we will do our best to offer
you the services that best fit your needs.
Once we reach a point that we have enough
information about your website project, we will
then put together a formal quote and send it
over to you for review. Once the quote is
approved and you are ready to move forward we
require a 50% non-refundable deposit and we take check, or
credit cards.
Now the project starts. We will purchase
your domain if needed and if you are moving your
domain over to us, we will start that process.
Based on the information we gathered from
you in or initial consultation, Kreative Dezign
designers will now put together 3 different
designs/layouts for your website. Our
design team will take 3 different approaches to
the design in hopes to capture a design that
fits your company and your marketing packages.
Once you receive these designs, we ask that you
review them and send us some feedback.

Do you like one more than another and why?
Once our final design is approved our team will
then start the coding and development process of
the site. This includes creating the
internal pages, setting up forms and adding
pictures and graphics, formatting the navigation
etc. This process typically takes anywhere
from a few days to 2 weeks depending on the size
of the project.
Once the site is developed Kreative Dezign will
publish the site to a "temporary" holding spot
for you to review it. At this point we
recommend that you make notes and send us an
email with any edits/changes that you may have.
Once you tell us that its ready to go "live" all
we need is to have the balance paid for and then
within 24 hours your new website is live and
ready for the world to see.
