When you meet Kelly, you immediately realize her
passion for small business, marketing and
getting things done correctly. Not surprisingly,
Kelly began her career in Quality Assurance. Her
dedication to detail and refusal to accept less
than the best work, led her to become an ISO
representative for two companies. By reaching
the utmost level of procedural exactness and
developing process improvement plans to meet
very specific, international standards, she was
able to lead the companies to certification from
the International Organization for
Standardization (ISO) on the first attempt
(virtually unheard of). In the process, she also
developed one of the first paperless,
intranet-based procedural systems.
Once the companies were certified, Kelly was
hungry for the next creative challenge. She
forayed into the intricacies, science and art of
graphic and website design, as well as search
engine optimization. Self-taught, it didn’t take
long for her skills to become known. What
started as a small side business quickly became
something greater, and Kelly left her
professional role to open her own business.
Putting customer service, high quality work and
competitive pricing at the top of the list of
priorities, Kelly was successful in attracting
and keeping clients. It is with great pride that
she mentions her first client from 10 years ago
is still a client. The list has grown to 100s of
local businesses that turn to Kelly for
everything from logo design, to print work, to
advertising placement and more. As a full
service marketing firm, Kreative Dezign has the

Over the years she has developed her graphic and

The career path that led James to Kreative
Dezign & KD Linked has carried him to two coasts
and through the entertainment, retail,
pharmaceutical, defense, financial services and
marketing industries. Although his roles have
varied widely they shared a common thread,
always involving his personal and written
communication skills.
He has crafted original documents for Fortune
100 companies, newspapers, professional blogs
and small office start-ups. He has been a change
agent, creating lasting process improvements,
and training or introducing new products to
hundreds of staff or potential clients. He has
presented cutting edge processes to companies
like Disney, MTV, Levi’s, Conde Nast and
multiple advertising agencies in New York, Los
Angeles and San Francisco.
After a decade on the west coast he returned to
Massachusetts to attend Northeastern
University’s full-time MBA program, receiving
his advanced degree with a marketing
specialization in the fall of 2010. A lifelong
lover of language, he has published a short
novel, several articles for local newspapers and
currently represents a number of businesses and
professional organizations through various
social media channels.
With his professional and educational history,
James has developed the ability to understand
and communicate the intricacies of any
professional organization, as well as determine
the needs of its customer base. The combination
of his marketing, communication and presenting
skills has prepared him for a seamless
transition to the Director of Client Services
role at Kreative Dezign’s new social media
division, KD Linked.
When not crafting relevant, current content for
blogs, articles, or social networks on behalf of
clients, James enjoys travel, photography,
reading anything he can get his hands on,
writing of all genres and lengths, motorcycle
rides and cooking.
